  1. I watch a documentary last week on C4 about most influential 80s music videos. I was surprised to be reminded that MTV didn't play Michael Jackson videos because he was black.

  2. To see all the negativity from this video ranging from the overwhelming dislike amount to the comment section proves the problem with this country . Hey but it's okay because either you are going to realize it's a problem and help change it or you are going to have to sit back and be affected by the negative impacts of your ignorance . It's really up to YOU

  3. Let me speed this up for you guys 2021. If the Cop is white, black people do not have to take responsibility for their own actions, and choices. They will not be held accountable, If the Cop is white. This is what the media and blm created. Also, parents will not be held accountable, if the police have to react to their Childs actions. (if the cop is white.) So the new norm is, police are not bad, just the white ones. I hope I cleared this up for some of you.

  4. I had to go back and listen again to make sure I heard this woman correctly. It really sounds like she's defending black on black violence. MTV used to be good… not anymore.

  5. While I understand the title is somewhat misleading, I truly don't understand all the dislikes for this video. These are great talking points for anti-racists to confront misleading ideas that are spread around. This reaction, to me, shows that we have a long way to go. Pretty sad honestly.

  6. “Memoirs of Extraordinary Popular Delusions and the Madness of Crowds” chronicles and vilifies its targets in three parts: 'National Delusions', 'Peculiar Follies', and 'Philosophical Delusions'. The subjects of Mackay's debunking include alchemy, beards (influence of politics and religion on), witch-hunts, crusades and duels. Present day writers on economics, such as Andrew Tobias, laud the three chapters on economic bubbles. Have any great thinkers started to debunk BLM and ANTIFA?

  7. You ain't got nothin covered.
    1. A few people trying to stop violence/murder in their community have zero support from national media & no attention from those that could draw more attention to matter. By telling half truths & leaving out important context & hiding truth is why 3000 more black people murderd at this point in July vs same time last year.

  8. I agree black lives matter. But sadly many of its founders are 'trained marxists' and want to burn America down. It's not from my lips. Its from the founders of the movement themselves and they are not ashamed to admit to it.

  9. An indictment isn't a damn trial you moron. An indictment is issued when a grand jury agrees charges should be brought against a person/s. The trial comes as a result of an indictment. The idiot in this video does know a damn thing she is taking about. Everything she says about BLM is a lie. BLM is a violent, racist, terrorist organization that riot and burn towns while destroying private property of people who have done nothing to them in any matter.

  10. Funny how many stats are approached as if there is an equal amount of black/white people in this country. There are nearly six white people for every black person according to the last US census. Since judging by race is apparently such an important concern (by the way not all black people stick together and not all white people stick together) to be fair for those of you who don't understand if black people commit 100 gun crimes that would mean nearly 600 white people would have to commit gun crimes to be objective and fair when differentiating the immorality between the two races. So to you white folks who may supervise black and white employees, when the race card gets pulled don't bring that up, just ask for proof of the discrimination. Equality before the law, everybody has the same civil rights.

  11. She seem like a crazy person that believes her own bullsh!t. Im a black man, wondering why this organization exists when black people need conversations in many other major area.

  12. "Black men make up 6% of the nation's population but 40% of police killings in 2015…"
A low % of a population compared to a high % affected doesn't automatically translate to their being a disparity in treatment. Yes, black men are 2.5x more likely to be killed by police than white men. But why? You're assuming its because black men are treated worse (BECAUSE they're black) by police. You're assuming that a police encounter with a white man & a police encounter with a black man are equal. You're assuming its the behavior & actions of the police that are the problem & that the black man is being treated differently bc he's black.

None of these statistics take into account the actions of the suspect. Does the suspect comply? Does he argue & fight? Does he get physical? Does he try to flee? Does he attempt to disarm the officer? Is there any evidence that these numbers exist as a result of racially motivated mistreatment? Does anyone consider that it could be the fear black men feel (as a result of the "cops are out to get black men" narrative) that CAUSES them to try and fight or flee? Has anyone considered that maybe this is worsening the problem it claims to want to fight?

Bc yes, a small % of the population is a large % of police killings. But why? Why are police interacting w such a large number of such a small group? Maybe its bc young black men commit more than 50% of all violent crimes?
