“Reparation” comes from the word replace, put it as it was before, black people have a better life as slaves than Russians, Romanians and extremely poor people in France, England, Scotland, Ireland, Portugal, Germanic states and had more rights and conditions of life than peasants in Japan and most of the varieties in Indiam had until the middle of the century.
