Centenary College's BSU holds vigil to honor lives lost from racial injustice and police brutality

SHREVEPORT, La–Monday night Centenary College’s Black Student Union held a candlelight vigil.

The vigil honored the lives lost from racial injustice and police brutality.

They reserved three minutes of silence for all the lives lost as a result of police brutality. The vigil opened and closed with prayer. BSU leaders also read poems to commemorate the event.
