The most publicized case of the harassment techniques was that of Rick and Cindy Krlich who has angered the towns Fire Chief in the town they resides in. This was over a disputed real estate transaction. This helps to explain the videos I had Walker sent of Harris County Fire taking part in what appeared to be stalking activities, as well as the 50-70 videos of these same harassment techniques being used as I traveled from county to county, after charged with this offense. One video even recorded as I arrived at Harris County Criminal Court earlier this year.
