  1. Im a professional dietician. Eggs meats and animal products are toxic!!! they have huge amount of chemicals antibiotics puss puke digestive output while producing them. They are full of bacterias and clogg the arteries!! first educate yourself later eat whats good for you only!! they also massively disrupt hormonal balance of men and women!! Animals are fed with GMO soy and corn and they dont get any nutrition from the soil, cause its extra money, nobody does that. Omega 3 are destroyed by temperature oxygen and light, there are no omega 3s in animal products or meat. Fish and fish oil are massively POLLUTED. Omega 3 naturally occuring and best souce is SPIRULINA. Marketing is fake, open your eyes. Meats and diary are not allowed on keto diet which is the best diet. Vegan diet contains ALL nutrients and ALL amino acids that we need. Best anti inflammatory diet is vegan keto. Saggy puffy wrinked fat face and all health issues you will get from non vegan diets. GO VEGAN. Also if products were safe first of all they would not have to be tested on animals. They are not vegan or cruelty free and not safe. Safe would never be tested. And intelligence please – non cruelty free – means the substances caused cruelty = harm = not safe. Intelligence.

  2. Question: Why should black Americans all move to Ghana or Kenya or Nigeria, but not the countries just North called Liberia & Sierra Leone?

In the early 1900s, these two countries where purchased by America & Britain and then given as reparations to all Freed Slaves from American & Britain.

I heard its still EASY to get citizenship there in Liberia for great grandchildren of ex-Slaves. Is this still true?

  3. Youre lucky you made it back alive … how smart do you feel now that youve moved across the world to a lawless Continent just to learn people arent sh*t no matter where you live … BUT YOU GO GIRL … 🀨 YOURE A STRONG BLACK QUEEN DIVA BOSS … #blackgirlmagic

  4. Be specific: MOVING TO ENGLISH-SPEAKING AFRICA. Black Americans hate racism, but they hate learning languages even more. If you tell them that for a real African experience they have to learn French, they will cringe at the prospect.

  5. It's all about doing what you want to do and the freedom that comes along with whatever choice you make with your life. There's always going to be people who think they know what's best for you and don't even know you. And that's what happens in most comments. People think they know more about what you do in your life than you do. Like they're perfect and don't make bad choices.

  6. At least you did chill but Africa is not for weak spoil people that's what America do to people spoil them make you want everything at your bed side. But at least you try a lot won't

  7. Your story is a great narrative for a marketing campaign. When you are ready to come back and launch bakeries (eventually you will have chain of them across the country you know?) let me know we work on a Marketing strategy. I am a Tanzanian, Kenyans are our lovely neighbours, I am currently outside the country but I will like to help however small I can.

  8. When you go to a country where there is 80% poor, don’t show off,try to dress like them, blend in, you show off like you come America or Europe, you are target

  9. I am amaze as I listen to your guest speaker talk about all of the racial discrimination that she had faced in the United States. I am 82 years old with 43 years in the military. I do not recognize The controversy a fucking about it is not where I grew up at in the 40s and the 50sit, discrimination is all over the world not just in the United States. The ancient history of The United States it’s not that much different than the than the Ancient history of Europe, Asia or Africa-history. They all have a history of slavery particularly in Europe. I live in Saint Louis Missouri and we have quite a few immigrants here from Africa who have recently become American citizens with a large percentages of them being from Kenya. In fact one of my best friends is from Kenya he’s married to an American woman and they now have two children and he is an American citizen.’I wish you all the love and happiness you can fine God bless

  10. I have never lived in this fear that African Americans talk about, or constant racism or all of this strife that they claim that they live in on regular and I was born here in America and I just can’t relate to this made up struggle and constantl fear that they speak of πŸ§πŸ§πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ’πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ’πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

  11. I believe she can make it in Kenya. She has the experience and she acclimated in Africa. I hope she keep us African American updated. I always wanted to go to Africa. I just wanted to have something to offer as an entrepreneur in craft making. I believe I can flourish better there.

  12. 4 things AA should know abt Africa:
    1) Africa is a continent. Just like Asia & Europe. You don't go to continent. You go to SPECIFIC COUNTRY within a continent. Like Ireland or Italy in Eur. Or India or S.Korea in Asia. Africa has 54 countries & 1000 tribes/nations speaking 3000 languages & dialects. The most diverse continent on earth.
    2) English is a colonial language. It is not an African language. It was imposed on us us by White colonizers & oppressors. We learn it & speak it as a 2ND LANGUAGE bec we find it useful in things like education & to communicate with strangers & foreigners. But it does not speak to our soul. Only an African language can fully express African cultures. In SA speaking English to a relative or friend is considered an insult or acting UPPITY. With AA English has become a mother tongue…. AA will never understand Africa until they learn at least 1 indigenous African language.
    3) In Africa AA are not seen as African. But as Americans of African descent. Big difference. Despite colonisation we have retained at least 80% of our cultures while AA have lost 80% of African cultures bec of slavery. Another thing, we don't have the 1 drop rule. Mixed race are not Black here but Mixed or Colored. Oprah is Black but her man Stedman is Mixed or even White since he does not look Black African.
    4) Africans did not sell AA into slavery. Only SOME AFRICANS did. About 30 or so tribes (out of 1000) along the coast of WA & CA. The other African regions had nothing to do with the whole sordid affair. If 2 Eur nations committed the holocaust you don't blame the whole continent for it. Same here.
