I'm not sure if these people realized how easy and inexpensive it would have been to just give every American basic health care, free college, and a basic amount to live on each week for everyone with no job.
The health care means everyone is healthier and thus, more productive.
The free college means everyone has good education and thus, is more productive.
The money to live on each week keeps crime extremely low, since a person does not get it if in jail.
