Downtown Grand Rapids march to protest police brutality Saturday

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Nearly 600 miles separate Minneapolis from Grand Rapids, but Asja Saintard says it’s time for Michiganders to treat them like their nextdoor neighbor.

“We’re coming together to show that we are united with the people of Minnesota,” said Saintard.
