He should have allowed her to leave and get her car drive off than ask the security if she was drinking they could have said she's now a danger to the public. Police officer did not think this out. Let her make the decision. They could have had a state trooper called in to pull her over with the information from the strip club she's drunk. State trooper has more Authority.
