Honoring Black History: Knoxville small business stays invested in community after 24 years

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — In the heart of East Knoxville, on Magnolia Avenue sits Shanklin and Sons Flooring. For the last 24 years, this small business has made a big impact on the city of Knoxville.
