About 200 people gathered Saturday afternoon at the Orange Circle Plaza, some holding signs protesting police brutality.
Orange police officers arrived at the traffic circle about 1 p.m. to monitor as demonstrators began to arrive, Sgt. Phil McMullin said.
As of about 4:20 p.m., no arrests or citations had been handed out and people continued to protest peacefully, he said.
