Residents of historic Little Africa are standing strong after the discovery of racially-motivated vandalism throughout their northern Spartanburg County community.
Photos of the welcome sign at the community’s entrance, several road signs, a guard rail, and Wilkie Bridge, which had had swastikas and racial slurs spray-painted on them, began circulating on Facebook Monday afternoon. Members of the community believe the racist vandalism was committed late Sunday night.
