What can i say I still remember of my youths day when I listened this lurick voice
Awesome 70s. Great music.
I just can't have enough of this compilation of Congo music, I still remember those days when our MW radio stations like Anambra Broadcasting Corporation and Imo Broadcasting Corporation were rocking the Eastern Nigeria with these tunes under mid-day program called Egu Owuwa Anyanwu Africa. How time passed.
Those that know it must be closed to there father legacy
Barranquilla goza herencia africana
This music brought back memories of my growing up days in the East of Nigeria. The Radio Stations especially MW played these songs -especially ABS (Anambra State Broadcasting Service). It was anchored then by Ichie Bonnie Okafor (aka Bonangai). Nigeria was somehow better then compared to the country we have now.
Caribe colombiano
Goshhhh. I feel goose bumps!!!!!!!!I’ve been searching for these songs for over decades . These used to get me up most mornings….IBC Owerri.
Same as me from ABS radio. Congo music was more popular in the 70s than highlife music on radio. They are the best in Africa cos I lived in Cameroon too.
Correct old skul music .
Very forgy
Orch Kiam had probably the best rhythmist of the time. His display on Moni Afinda, Mbale, Kamiki and Memi were simply out of this world
