Level the playing field through taxes by making sure (through laws and policies) all commodities are at least 60-70% complete before they can leave the continent…this will bring middle class jobs, factories and education to handle machinery and technology required…Furthermore, we get to tax these items at a higher rate because at 60-70% completion, they are more valuable than when they are still "raw material"…hence, higher tax dollars…which benefit governments who can then transfer these additional revenues to social and infrastructure projects…

The U.S state department issued a temporary rule that begins Dec 24th and ends June 24th that’s targets only countries whose nationals have a higher rate of overstaying their B2 visa for tourists and B1 visas for business travelers.
