Residents march in Lafayette against racial injustice, police brutality

Right now in Lafayette, demonstrators are marching against racial injustice and police brutality.

That rally started at the corner of Lafayette and Congress Streets at 5:30 p.m. to honor those who have died at the hands of law enforcement.

KATC’s Eman Boyd is at the rally tonight and says many familiar chants like “Black Lives Matter” and “No justice, no peace” are being heard throughout Lafayette this evening.
