Saltcoats woman launches mental health campaign for Black community

A SALTCOATS woman has launched a social media campaign to raise awareness of mental health issues faced by Black people.

Rutendo Mhonda, a former Auchenharvie Academy pupil, created So We Glow in a bid to open up the conversation around Black mental health.
