  2. You got that right about washing your vegetables. You have to really take time to clean them because they are fresh from the land/garden.
    Actually when am in Kenya i only eat natural kenyan foods.

Auntie auntie..exercise is key ooo…I assure you if you clock 20 Kigali miles on foot each week your body (and joints) will testify…it takes 20 odd years of dedicated careless eating for many to arrive at where we are–it's going to take at least 5 dedicated years of balanced diet and exercise to bring the body weight back to ideal…obesity is often masked as 'thick' in our communties.

  6. Every summer, I grow several varieties of heirloom tomatoes. I cannot stand store bought tomatoes, they are bland and boring. Fresh out of the garden vegetables are the BEST and most flavorful.
