Hello beautiful Afrakan people of the internet!

I thought I would share some delicious, holistic meals with you all. I really enjoyed making the first what I eat in a day so I decided to share a weeks worth of ancestral vegan food and recipes!

I would also like to point out that I really only eat two meals a day because I fast until 11 AM regardless of when I wake up. Also starting out my day with either fruit or juice is vital because it aids in good digestion and gets my stomach and body ready for a day’s meals.

This way of eating works best for me but might not for the next person! Once you begin your plant based journey you will come to find what works best for you.

My hope is to encourage more and more Afrakan people to eat from plants, as that is what our ancestors consumed.
