Years ago I met a beautiful woman who studies Afrakan Cultures by the name of Mother Ayo Handy-Kendi. She taught me much about the cultures, one of them is the women who have reached a level of wisdom, spiritual wisdom was known by their nose piercing on the left nostril. In the practice of Hinduism, the women wear pierced nose rings to represent beauty as well as the flow of the menstrual cycle. In everything or choice that I make has a reason or a purpose behind it that is more than superficial or material but cultural or spiritual based. My son recorded this and wanted to post it on FaceBook, I had him wait so that I could view this again and make sure that I wanted this to be viewed. Yet this is my life, this is who I am, I have always openly shared my life with others, this is no different.
