2 people arrested in connection to fatal shooting in Yemassee

HAMPTON COUNTY, Sc. (WTOC) – The Hampton County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two people in connection to a fatal shooting that happened in the Yemassee area.

The shooting happened near Ishmel Road and Simmons Street on Sunday, April 27th.

18-year-old Gregory Deran Black and 17-year-old Michael Shaun Morris have been charged with murder and armed robbery in relation to the death of 21-year-old Tyshawn Saw.

They are being held at the Hampton County Detention Center.
