Paul Kagame has done very well in leading Rwanda to overcome and move ahead. With the ethnic war as big as that happenned in Rwanda it needed a wise and strong leader to rule longer than the norms people expect such as periodical elections. Healing and integration takes time. But Kagame must begin to prepare his nation to conduct elections and learn to abide by it.
As for Traore, so long as the citizens love him and he continue to be a visionary selfless leader, let Burkina Faso continue long under his leadership. Just an arbitrary number, I will hope for 20 years. Because he will not loot the resources of the nation. In 10 years, Burkina Faso will leapfrog to almost joining the First World. Along with the pace of development, by then a very educated generation will be running the nation.
