WASHINGTON, D.C. (7News) — The Scotland Juneteenth Heritage Festival wraps up its weeklong celebration with a powerful day of community events and celebrations on Thursday.
The festival, marking its third year, has become the largest Juneteenth celebration in the DMV. It honors the rich legacy of the historic Scotland community while celebrating Black freedom, culture, and resilience.
