To many people are homelessness with brain injuries, this is sick.
I wrestled in high school and college and coached as well including a state championship team. I have officiated the sport. I’ve been involved in the sport for decades. In high school I had this done to me on a padded mat with headgear on and it stunned me. The next match I did this to an opponent and I knocked him out. I would recognize this move anywhere. He trapped his arm and used both men’s weight to drive his head into the concrete. This is just as harmful as pulling his pistol and shooting him.
Doesn’t everybody have guns up in Alaska? Take care of the police good citizens.
