Missing Juvenile Lylah Rose Negro from the 24th District
The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Lylah Rose Negro. Lylah was last seen Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 7:15 pm, on the 29xx block of Richmond St.
Lylah is 14 years-of-age 5’2″, 80 lbs., thin build, light brown complexion, long strawberry blonde hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black or gray T-shirt, black sweatpants, hair in ponytail and carrying a Yeezy slides, shark bookbag .
