Tanzania Election: Violent protests on the Kenya-Tanzania border – BBC Africa



Two people are feared dead, and several others have been injured following violent clashes between protesters and police officers at the Namanga border, a major transport hub linking Kenya and Tanzania. The unrest brought all commercial activities to a halt and residents and drivers on both sides face mounting losses.
