LITTLE ROCK, AR (KATV) — Saturday, December 6, onlookers in Little Rock reported an ongoing march comprised of individuals dressed in red and black.
Details are scarce at the moment, but a viewer who sent photo and video footage of the group were informed that they had a permit to march.

Additional footage sent to KATV showed them marching, with individuals in the group carrying a black and white flag with a swastika logo on it.

The group was spotted and later stopped by Arkansas State Police along a roadway in the back of a U-Haul vehicle.
