BURNETT COUNTY (DrydenWire) – In a case involving multiple defendants and separate court proceedings, Burnett County Circuit Court has now entered judgment against another individual connected to the burglary of Tim’s Black and Orange Bar.
Felony charges for three people: Adam Evans, age 37, formerly of Luck, WI; Charles Evans, age 19, of Webster, WI; and Chantell Bentley, age 33, formerly of Webster, WI, following law enforcement’s investigation. Damages and losses for Tim’s Black and Orange Bar were estimated to be over $6,000. A stolen vehicle was also retrieved during the investigation.
While co-defendant Chantell Bentley has already been sentenced and the case against Adam Evans continues to move forward, the court sentenced Charles Evans on January 5, 2026, finalizing his convictions and laying out the conditions of his supervision and possible consequences moving forward.
