Black Sheep Kitchen & Spirits, an LGBTQ+ bar and restaurant that offered weekend dance parties, Sunday supper clubs, drag and DJs, is changing its focus to become an events space.
It will be a quick change for the business that opened in August 2025.
“This isn’t an ending, it’s a transition shaped by the people who made this space home for everyone,” an announcement on Black Sheep’s Instagram page reads.
“Over time, it became clear that the strongest moments in this space weren’t about operating on a fixed schedule, they were about the nights we came together with purpose. This evolution allows us to focus on what has resonated most while continuing to provide a safe, welcoming space for our community.”
Black Sheep’s last night in its current iteration is Jan. 16. It will become Black Sheep Events afterward.
