Black History Month Storybook Walk — 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., The Commons, 300 Washington St., Columbus. Pages from “Ice Cream Man: How Augustus Jackson Made a Sweet Treat Better” by Glenda Armand and Kim Freeman will be posted along a path inside The Commons.

Community Church Service — 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., The Commons, 300 Washington St., Columbus. A worship service led by local Black churches fellowshipping together as a united community, celebrating the common ground that we have (our faith, our family, and our friendship). Hosted by African American Pastors Alliance & African American Foundation.

Black History Month Columbus Ribbon Cutting Ceremony — 1 to 2 p.m., The Commons, 300 Washington St., Columbus. Black History Month Columbus is about celebrating Black culture, telling the true stories of Black history, and honoring the legacy and accomplishments of the Black community.
