Feathers flew and glitter rained,
Lake Shore turned into a dance campaign.
Masqueraders strutted with flair so bold,
In costumes worth their weight in gold.
Steelpan beats made hips go wild,
Even grandma twerked—gracefully styled.
Traffic? Forget it, roads were toast,
But the vibes? Toronto’s proudest boast.
One guy wore a mango on his head,
Said, “It’s fashion, bro!” and proudly led.
From dawn till dusk, the party roared—
Even pigeons joined in, never bored!

Thanks for the amazing coverage, this is my 2nd year viewing. Understandable it's a network however the advertisement could be done between bands appearing on stage because you tend to miss out on what are the portrayal presentations and some of the costumes leaving you wondering what is being displayed on stage. Great job nonetheless!🎉❤

What an absolutely deplorable presentation of the parade event by CP24 it's shameful!
I LOVE Caribana (Caribbean Carnival), yes I'm showing my age 🤣 I miss the days of the parade being on University Ave, this Exhibition Place location is ridiculous. The 1st year it started there I went, hated it and NEVER returned!!! I'm from the Caribbean and have lived in Toronto since the late 1970's.
