This nationalizaton and APPOINTMENT of a general director is very important. why? because i see here parallels to times of Yugoslavia when those in charge of national food production companies were humble, dedicated professionals, instead of blabbing managers (like in current times) which, before assuming office, first settle on the payout when they leave.
Raise your own directors, invest in education, and promote people from within the company, professionals who give their life to the company. don't hire some donkeys from outside just because they went to "prestigeous" schools in west and can dress nicely and talk nicely.
