  1. The boycott worked because at the time the world was genuinely attempting to become a fairer place. Today, however, this ambition would be dismissed as 'woke' by frighteningly high numbers of people whose low level of education has negatively affected their world view. This is producing the new racism those same people appear to be utterly incogniscant of. They are similarly unconscious of the agenda of those in power who have used control and manipulation techniques to bring this situation about.ñ These people are labouring under the misapprehension that they are part of a grass roots movement. This is absolutely not the case. They think they are volunteering support for people on their side when in reality they are being cynically abused by personality types who have nothing but contempt for everyday folk. There is a problem when right and wrong is decided by the numbers. Much worse could still be to come.

  2. Boycotts work! The boycott of apartheid South Africa started with a group of Dunnes Stores supermarket workers in Dublin, went national within Ireland and then international.

The line 'Boycotts don't work!" is intentionally designed to undermine the power of social justice movements that have worked, and importantly their applicability to current situations of injustice, such as the apartheid and genocidal actions of a right-wing Israeli government against the people of Palestine!

  3. Now look at South Africa. Heading the same way as Zimbabwe, the Congo and every other sub Saharan country the White Europeans left. Average time to total collapse is 60 years. 2 generations of Black Government and the country reverts back to the stone age.

  4. Boycotts work if they are economical… Boycotting Israël from the Eurovision isn't going to achieve anything except feed some people's moral superiority complex. Less people will watch the Eurovision song contest, do you think it will change anything in Israël?
