CINCINNATI — On Saturday, the Cincinnati Museum Center (CMC) invited members and museum guests to celebrate Black Empowerment Day.

It included a number of events throughout the day, ranging from a dance party to learning about Black history within the City of Cincinnati and more.

“Gather together in a celebration of Black excellence and empowerment alongside community partners, performers, speakers, Black-owned businesses and more,” the CMC website read. “This daylong event is an opportunity to share, connect, learn, grown and strengthen as we Celebrate Black Empowerment.”
