Black History Month is almost here and the longest-running African film festival in the US returns to Portland Community College.
This year’s “Cascade Festival of African Films” kicks off Friday, Feb. 6 at the Hollywood Theater and runs through Mar. 7, featuring a lineup of 18 films from 16 countries.
