I will be honest, the only reason Trump hasn't hit Venezuela is that he isn't sure how many weapons Russia has given them and whether Russia will uphold its word to help them. That is why he released the 33-page document. It wasn't for us; it was for Russia. During Trump's first term, he found out quickly that the security state hated him. Everything he did in secret came to light. So now, in his second term, he uses the media. He let the document out in a way to speak to Russia in the open through code. What is he trying to convey?
