What nonsense! Ivory Coast tried to economically strangle the AES, instead they shot themselves in the foot when they closed their port. As a result Ivory Coast HAS LOST BILLIONS. The AES, WILL NOT pivot back to. They are doing just fine with their new partners. Their is no reliable access. Trust has been irreparably damaged.
