CINCINNATI (WKRC) – The group behind this year’s Black Family Reunion is getting the community fired up for the summertime tradition.
Cincinnati is one of the last cities in the country to carry on this historic legacy that first started decades ago.
“We continue to do it because it’s here to strengthen our community. It’s here to strengthen the African-American community and businesses. It serves as a stimulus each year to our community, thousands of people attend all of our events every year,” said Tracey Farly Artis.
Organizers say the 38th annual event’s key note speaker is Rev. Dr. Otis Moss III.
