  1. Unless this prof can prove this then otherwise he has no right not to include the final exam bcuz these are just words And he will probably end up being fired for that, since when we decide anything based on words? I think this prof is just mad because he knows His students don't like him and I can see why, somebody acting like they never cheated in their life lol, The one who gets mad is the one who did it itself

  2. Use AI to find out how much are cheating, if they use it, he can use it back, students cheat all the time we didnt have AI or internet when I went to college..

  3. Dr. Shelley has now become a real life version of Mr. Webster from Degrassi High and I'll explain why.

During the Degrassi High episode, "Testing 1-2-3", almost all students in Mr. Webster's Grade 9 Science Class got perfect or near perfect marks no thanks to Alex Yankou uncovering a reason he does well on his tests to Tessa Campanelli, he uses the same tests year after year and his brother kept every single copy when he was in high school.

Alex gives Tessa a photo copy of one of his tests on a promise not to tell everyone, but then she circulates it to one student after another and breaking his promise.

Result is that almost all of Mr. Webster's students got perfect or near perfect marks as a result of a teacher facilitated cheating, so he decides to ignore the results and gets his students to write a much more challenging test.

Now the same thing has happened in Dr. Shelley's Healthcare Law class where his students got perfect or near perfect marks on his Final Exam.

In real life, Mr. Webster would have got himself in serious trouble for facilitating cheating in not using different test questions relating to the same topic to reduce risks of cheating.

  4. On a personal note, when I was a Sobey's School of Business student Saint Mary's University from 1993-1998, a cheating scandal erupted in an Accounting 241 course when a student got an unauthorized copy of midterm exam during the Fall 1995 Semester.

When one of the professors found out that a student obtained an unauthorized copy of the Accounting 241 midterm exam, all students taking that course were ordered to rewrite the it in order to protect the integrity of all Accounting courses.

It didn't effect me as I was taking Accounting 242 at the time.

  5. I'm currently a student of the BHS on Queen's University, and they're pretty strict. The exams are recorded and there's a person always in touch with you. I have bad eyes and every time I had to approximate to my screen, the person on the other side noted and asked me if I was ok, what's going on. I believe this is a great way to preserve the school integrity. Of course the offer for many types of cheating system is there it was always available maybe now it's a bit easier, but I think it's a part of a bigger problem no one is watching, that is the lack of ethical thinking in our society. I don't cheat because I don't wanna get caught, I don't cheat because I wanna be a decent professional and I wanna make difference in my community.

  6. Slow news day? Students cheat… why not report on our filthy corrupt PM sending billions of tax payer money oversees with kickbacks to himself and Brookfield? Why not report on Trudeau amassing over 300 million dollars when he “earned” a 300k annual salary?

  7. Pen and paper in a closed class no electronic devices. How hard is that. Also papers require development drafts and process of development descriptions with sources quoted.
