During a contentious exchange with Rep. Terri Sewell (D-AL) during a House hearing on Thursday, US Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. denied making previous comments suggesting Black children on certain ADHD and other medications should be “re-parented.” CNN’s Jacqueline Howard reports.

Curious as to why just black kids. What about white kids? I was on a ADHD med in the 90s.

They've been drugging our blk kids especially our boys with the INTENTIONS of continuing violence among each other in our communities. It's clear and evident to all those that can relate to the community.

My husband from the mountains of caucus via American-Italians, was on ADHD meds as a kid,high IQ, high ed degrees & works for a big medical company at which all the research scientists thinks RFK is looney toons. Hmm so interesting he doesn’t want to afford children of color the same grace & benefit to stumble & correct he was given …ADHD meds are bad but his years of IV drug use didn’t fry his roadkill laced brain. Got it ok

Somehow he didn’t suggest reparenting white kids on ADHD medication… even though the majority of kids on meds are white and the percentage of kids on meds is higher among white families. If he’s so concerned about kids, then why not be concerned about white kids?

As if white kids are not put those medications 🙄 but somehow they don’t cause white children to be violent? Racist freak. He should make his dad late ashamed. No wonder Ethel was considered not a great mom and her kids were rumoured to have been terrible after their Dad’s death
