Police officers have been deployed across South Africa because of fears that anti-immigration protests could turn violent as President Cyril Ramaphosa urged those planning to take part to do so without “intimidation, threats or ultimatums”.
The planned protests mark an unofficial deadline set by campaigners for all undocumented foreigners to leave the country.
Many have already fled to escape violence and intimidation. South African police said 25,000 have been repatriated so far. Most are from other African countries.

Why do people keep having children when there is no way for them to make a living apart from living illegally in another country?

Your own government created this whole Saga and chaos, and the government should be responsible for cleaning up the mess. Every country should have well-organized immigration rules, and there should be a proper system to monitor illegal immigrates. So the question is, a lot of people are making all these different kinds of noises. Where were you when all this mess was accumulating? Yes, it's messy, but someone has to clean the mess. But don't only blame the people from other countries. Most of these people saw an opportunity to improve their lives a little, which is why they went to South Africa. If there were a proper immigration system, most of them would not have been able to get in South Africa. Also, not everybody from an African country is living and working in South Africa illegally! There are many qualified people and have proper documents from the South African government to live and work in South Africa. Please don't forget that, because if you do, you'll make mistakes, and the people of Africa will never forgive you for them.
The one doing the narration is not talking about black immigrants. He is talking about white South Africans and blaming blacks even for Europe. I find that biased. And it's not all blacks or Africans that come to Europe and are careless.

The protests have been very peaceful and well organised, and are fully supported by almost all South Africans. We have at least 8 million illegals. Our institutions have been taken over by foreigners including your experts who spout fake narratives. The Ramaphosa and ANC governments have been criminally negligent by removing border fences and all controls on illegal immigration. Corrupt government officials sell visas and ID documentation of SA citizens to foreigners. This government corruption is widespread. The protesters are honest law abiding citizens, The criminals are in government. President Ramaphosa is being impeached for unexplained US $500,000 found stuffed in his couch. It is expected he will resign as pressure on him increases.
South Africa is not a country you should try to visit. If you're a tourist never think of South Africa. Is not safe. Also if you're a business owner, never think of expanding to South Africa, is a lawless country where police and politicians watch when citizens take your investment and properties and drive you away. You will lose all your money. All investors should never think of South Africa unless they are willing to lose their money, if not their life…
