The originator of the problem is the people who committed the crime of Unlawful Entry into the country, the illegal migrants. The illegal migrants are the ones who must be held accountable and bear all consequences of their crime. Granted the government failed it's duty to arrest and deport the illegals but that does not mean that the citizens should not do anything to correct the wrong.
The SA government and that of foreigners both are accomplices in this matter thus are not in a position to dictate options to the citizens. They need to correct their own wrongdoing.
The main challenge is for the illegals to stop pretending to be victims but to recognise their original sin and accept its the consequences.
