Hurricane Beryl is leaving a trail of destruction in the Caribbean. This week, Beryl became the earliest-ever Category 5 hurricane in the Atlantic Basin, as it was fueled by record-high ocean temperatures.

It swept over countries including Barbados, Grenada and was set to hit Jamaica on Wednesday.
