SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WSBT) — People who live on South Bend’s west side have a chance to ask questions and voice concerns about Kroger’s closure on Western Avenue.
The LaSalle Park Neighborhood Alliance Association will host a community forum Tuesday night at the Charles Black Community Center.
The forum will also go over the impact of what some call the “red-lining” of the LaSalle Park neighborhood through the years.
Red-lining is described as the intentional lack of investment in a neighborhood or community.
Tuesday’s event begins at 6:30 p.m. and is open to the public.
