It’s a free event designed to empower and prepare people for homeownership. Debra Neal, Vice President of NAREB Oregon Realtist, and Qualen Carter, President Elect of NAREB Oregon Realtist, joined us to talk about how the event brings together Oregon’s major down payment assistance programs, estate attorneys, financial planners, housing nonprofits, and real estate professionals. Their goal is to empower both aspiring and current homeowners with the tools to build and retain wealth through real estate. This initiative is especially timely given the disparities in homeownership rates and the urgent need to close the racial wealth gap.
ABOUT THE EVENT: Enjoy complimentary educational sessions and access to a resource forum offering expert guidance and valuable tools. Learn more about available homebuying resources including down payment assistance, credit repair and more. Take advantage of the opportunity to connect with industry professionals. This event is for EVERYONE not just the person who has a desire to attain wealth through homeownership and wants to be informed of the resources/programs that are available but also the current homeowner who is interested in knowing how to retain their legacy. Lunch will be provided. Registration is required so secure your spot today!
