Us black people brought this on are self. We attack white ,asian each other all the time. We riot,loot,burn,harm and kill for free stuff in the name of the racist BLM. "Vicarious Trauma" brought on by people nationalizing stories like this (through social media and mainstream media). This is a local news story. Why does the whole nation need to know about it? If the races were reversed or the shooter was also black, it wouldn't get this kind of attention. By focusing solely on incidents where the victim is black and the perp white, it creates the illusion that this is the only way it goes down. There's way more black folks being shot by other black folks as well as black folks killing white folks, but that's not newsworthy because it doesn't play into the racism narrative, and so people don't hear about it. In fact, race isn't even mentioned in other news stories unless the victim is black and the perp is white. The media (including this station) need to stop stoking racial divide.
The NRA and the gun culture crowd need to stop trying to scare everyone into believing that guns are the solution to all your problems (and a demonstration of your level of patriotism…)
