  1. Might be hard to believe but this officer that almost got shot is my dad. I think it’s a miracle that he saw the gun and at the last second hit it so It went into the roof of the McDonald’s. Thankfully he didn’t get hurt.

  2. That’s a great son! I doubt the father told him to shoot the cops. Probably just seeing a bunch of strangers with guns pull his father out of the car scared him enough to try and save his father.

  3. It sounds like the four year old being told by the father is an assumption of the of the officers and not a fact (“we believe”). I still believe man babies who brandish guns over incorrect drive through orders should be erased from society no different than punks and thugs.

  4. I can't imagine anyone asking their four year old to shoot someone. I can't believe the child didn't hurt himself because that kick is no joke especially for a child. The father should get a lengthy conviction for his actions. I can't imagine how that child will feel when they get older and find out about this happening and why it happened. Thank goodness nobody was hurt. Thank goodness.

  5. It's insulting, absolutely insulting, that the sheriff cannot believe it??? I mean? Where has she been? Can't believe it…start believing and start speaking out for MANDATORY SENTENCES for these dangerous morons… they should never be free or own a firearm ever again… it's easy, if the police would use their power to influence common sense laws.

  6. That was partially the cops fault for not securing the gun immediately after the dad was removed from the car, what if the kid was a teenager with better aim, those cops would have learned a life lesson with their lives

  7. Next time you morons will focus on clearing and making the vehicle safe instead of throwing 10 officers on one person. The stupidity from these officers is ridiculous. Blaming a father and kid for your poor training is ignorant. Post the entire video with full context. Sick of the media showing half if not less than what’s actually happening.

  8. HOW TF SHE JUST GONNA SAY THE FATHER TOLD THE BABY TO SHOOT @ THE POLICE… I HATE THE POLICE.

ITS NOT RIGHT TO HAVE GUNS AROUND THESE BABIES I AGREE TO THAT THE FATHER WAS 100% WRONG FOR THAT.

BUT TO JUST SIT UP & ASSUME THE FATHER TOLD THE 4yr OLD TO SHOOT AT THE POLICE IS JUST FLAT OUT WRONG

IF THEY DIDNT HEAR HIM TELL THAT BABY THAT THEN SHE SHOULDNT HAVE GOTTEN ON NATIONAL TV & MADE THAT STATEMENT

  9. Having you letting a child have a gun is absolutely flabbergasting, and all this from a fast food order, not only that, but most toddlers learn from their parents, and maybe, his dad learnt him this. How pitiful
