Only actual proven victims who have suffered actual tangible harm from the violation of individual rights are granted reparations.
After that it's just property in their estate.

That's the only way a modern person will get access to reparations for slavery.

SF has a $1 billion dollar deficit. 245x total increase in the current deficit. So… How are you going to pay this hefty reparations bill? Don’t shoot the messenger. Just asking the question.
