Haiti could have been another vacation paradise like DR but they had overthrown, killed or exiled 85% of all their presidents. But besides of this is always “somebody’s else fault”. They envy their neighbor success and never say thank you for help. DR cannot bare it anymore. 2+ million Haitians living illegally on DR already.
