  1. I don’t want to make this something other than what it is, but she just seems to be glad he got away with killing white people. Am I missing something here? I don’t think race was the only layer. If anything that seems to work in his favor after the Rodney king beating. Nobody talks about the truck driver, who was stopped and pulled out of his truck and beaten senseless his name was Reginald Denny. He didn’t get a multi million dollar settlement from the LAPD. He got the snot beat out of him buy a bunch of guys who are pissed about Rodney King. What happened to Rodney king was wrong and what happened to Reginald Denny was wrong. The violence the destruction it was all so unnecessary. Wasn’t Rodney King resisting arrest after he was stopped? Whatever made him think that was a good idea? I still feel the response was heavy, handed -quite literally. During the violence and riots King spoke out and said can’t we all just get along? Yeah, we can if we don’t have race, baiting fools flapping in fanning and stoking the fire. This young women doesn’t want a conversation she wants reparations. Sorry, but I didn’t do anything to y’all just because I exist.
