Likewise, when foreign nationals occupy hospital beds, the expenses should be billed to their respective embassies. This strategy could lead to a quicker resolution of the issue. It is puzzling that South Africa imposes strict documentation and financial requirements on its own citizens when they travel abroad to prevent them from becoming a burden. Why can't the governments of these foreign nationals adopt similar measures?
