Caribbean-style pizzeria inspires Brooklyn community to dream big | News 12

In the vibrant community of Flatbush, an 11-year-old entrepreneur is proving that no dream is too big. Sebastian, the mastermind behind Sebastian’s Spices and Slices, is blending two pieces of New York culture: pizza and diversity. This unique pizzeria not only serves delicious food but also pays homage to Trinidad and Grenada. His parents also signed a 10-year lease for the pizzeria, so by the time he turns 21, he will have the opportunity to shape his business and at 16 or 17, his name will officially go on the paperwork. Sebastian’s Spices and Slices is open from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekends.
